I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science with an emphasis in Healthy Lifestyle Coaching and Nutrition from Arizona State University.
When it comes to eating healthy, I believe balance can be obtained while enjoying the foods we love and still meeting our health goals. There are no “bad foods”. Eating healthy is a lifelong practice. It’s a lifestyle and not a diet.
I love food! I am passionate about cooking. When developing recipes for meal preps I always seek to include nutrient dense, local ingredients, higher protein and added fiber. All while keeping the aesthetic of culinary art present.
Meal prepping was a foundation for me while transforming my body and losing over 55 pounds. I’m confident that I can assist individuals in achieving their health and wellness objectives by combining my culinary expertise with nutritional knowledge.
This is why I launched The Clean Plate, an elevated meal prepping business with foodie flair. I’m eager to help you on your journey!
